Shipping and Delivery

CHILE

Shipping takes 1 to 5 business days, depending on your region (calculated automatically at checkout).

Orders placed before 2:00 PM ship the same day. After that, or on weekends, they go out to the courier the next business day.

Flat rate for caps: 2,000 CLP. Everything else is priced by region and weight.

Delivery can occasionally run late due to things outside our control, like courier delays, holidays or weather.

GLOBAL ORDERS

Delivery takes 5 to 10 business days.

Duty free shipping to the US, UK, EU and AUS.

Flat international shipping rate: 15,000 CLP (about USD 16 / EUR 14). For lightweight items like caps and t shirts: 5,000 CLP (about USD 5.30 / EUR 4.70).

Right now we can only take international payments through PayPal.

At checkout, Shopify Chile won't show your currency symbol, but you're actually charged in your local currency automatically. What you'll see on screen is the CLP amount, so don't panic if the number looks huge, it's just pesos.
