SHIPPING WITHIN CHILE

We ship with Blue Express across all of Chile. Orders placed before 1:00 PM (Monday to Friday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that are dispatched the next business day.

Estimated delivery times: Santiago Metropolitan Region: up to 4 business days. Other regions: up to 7 business days.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International orders ship from our global warehouse. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your destination.

Orders are processed in 1 to 2 business days. Delivery typically takes 7 to 15 business days depending on your location.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your order total.

RETURNS

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 3 to 5 business days. Original shipping costs are not refunded. If you requested an exchange, the new item ships at no extra cost.

Please return items unworn, in their original condition and original packaging. If there's any issue with your order when it arrives, write to us right away at team@casaclub.cc.
