Where are we from?

The idea was born in Madrid, and today Santiago de Chile  and Frankfurt are our main bases.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept bank transfer through Fintoc, credit and debit cards, and PayPal for international orders.

What size should I get?

Every product includes a size guide with the exact garment measurements. We recommend checking it before buying and comparing it with a similar piece you already own.

Will sold-out sizes be restocked?

We work with limited collections and drops, so restocks are never guaranteed. If your size is sold out, write to us at team@casaclub.cc and we'll let you know if it comes back.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We can't cancel or modify orders once confirmed. Please double-check your size and shipping address before checking out.

How do I care for my garments?

Every product includes care instructions on its label and product page. In general, we recommend machine washing cold and hang drying.

Where can I try on your products?

We're 100% online for now. All measurements are detailed in each product's size guide.
