1. OVERVIEW

This site is operated by Casa Club SpA (RUT 78.265.186-2), a company registered in Santiago, Chile. Throughout these terms, "we," "us," and "our" refer to Casa Club SpA, and "you" refers to the user or customer.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page, and by continuing to use the site after changes are made, you accept the updated terms.

2. PRODUCTS

We release limited collections and drops, which means product and size availability is limited and restocks are never guaranteed.

We do our best to display product colors and images as accurately as possible, but we can't guarantee that what you see on your screen is an exact match.

We reserve the right to limit quantities sold per person or per order.

3. PRICING AND PAYMENT

Prices in Chile are listed in Chilean pesos (CLP) and include VAT.

Everywhere else, prices may be shown in your local currency for reference, but checkout is processed in Chilean pesos (CLP). The final amount charged to your payment method will depend on the exchange rate and any fees applied by your bank or card issuer, which are outside our control.

We may change prices at any time without notice. Price changes won't affect orders that have already been confirmed.

If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund.

We accept the payment methods shown at checkout, which may include bank transfer, credit and debit cards, and PayPal, depending on your location.

4. ORDERS

Once you place an order, you'll receive a confirmation email. This doesn't mean your order has been accepted. We may refuse or cancel any order due to product availability, errors in your order details, or suspected fraud.

Orders can't be canceled or changed once confirmed, so please double-check your size, shipping address, and contact details before checking out.

5. DELIVERY

Delivery times and costs are detailed on our shipping page and calculated at checkout based on your destination.

International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes depending on your country. These charges are your responsibility and are not included in your order total.

We're not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, customs, or events beyond our control.

6. EXCHANGES AND RETURNS

You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, under the conditions outlined on our shipping page. Items must be unworn, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.

This doesn't affect any rights you have as a consumer under Chilean Law 19.496 on Consumer Protection, including the legal warranty covering defective products.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the Casa Club name, logos, designs, photography, copy, and graphics, belongs to Casa Club SpA or is used with permission, and is protected by intellectual property laws. It may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without our prior written consent.

8. USE OF THE SITE

By using this site, you agree not to use it for any unlawful purpose, not to attempt to compromise its security, and to provide accurate, up-to-date information when placing an order.

We reserve the right to suspend access for any user who violates these terms.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Casa Club SpA is not liable for indirect damages arising from your use of the site or our products. Nothing in these terms limits any consumer rights that can't be waived under Chilean law.
